The Friends of Black Rock have a new 2m repeater online as well on Granite 
Ridge 145.230 PL123.0 - offset.

I think we should update the Black Rock Band Plan to reflect these changes, 
especially since StratoFox's BR Band Plan is referenced in the BlackRock 
Wiki page on Ham Radio:

Haven't seen much traffic on this list in a while, but I wanted to let
you know that there are a few new year-round amateur radio resources
for use on the Playa.  There's a nascent web page here:

We were able to do some testing this week with burners on HTs out in
BRC, but we'd love to see more signal reports in the coming months.  I
had pretty steady coverage of the repeater in my truck as I travelled
south on 447 out of Gerlach the other night until about mile marker 50
(~25+ miles) and was able to kerchunk at rises in the road at 34, 23
and 11 (!!!).

I tried to update the wiki but the registration page gave me an error.

We need to verify that these machines are still up.  I verified the
digipeater is working when I was just there.  But I didn't get a chance
to check on rumors that the repeaters were down.

There was a problem with the Friends/Granite 145.23 machine, but I 
believe as of a few days ago it's back up.
