The lower frequencies as proposed by the ARRL over lap with ATV/cable channel 58.  I was just looking at the 5 freq between 440.975-441.075.  There could be overlap with ATV/cable channel 60.  Not sure how many people use video channel 4/cable 60. Lately it seems those doing video are using 900MHz or 2.4G.  There was a proposal a few years ago to use 445.925 as a national packet freq. It doesn't look like it went anywhere.  Another option would be use a couple simplex channels between 446.015-446.485

If possible, it would be nice to have a couple frequencies that follow the ARRL plan. I'm open to what works for the area.
