Pictures from Sunday evening

On Sunday, June 20, we drove to Mojave from the scattered locations where our members live... San Jose, Petaluma, Larkspur, Cameron Park and others.

The Stratofox members were in two groups. Some were guests of XCOR Aerospace while others went to the RV parking near the public viewing area.

Upon arriving, some of the group from the public viewing area checked out the National Space Society party either to meet people or find old friends who said they'd be there. Though most tried to get some sleep since we'd all have to be up before dawn.

(1536x1024 817K) (500x333 13K)	Hmmmm... some things make you wonder. After turning around from the previous picture, Ian found the line was gone and there wasn't even a guard at the RV entrance. (The guard took a break after everyone went in. But it still seemed odd to happen so quickly.) The wind was blowing a small sandstorm, and the tree is obviously showing its effects.
